General

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are an adult of over 18 years of age / or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, and allowed to participate in the Games on the Website subject to applicable law;

  • You will use the Website and your Member Account solely for private, non-commercial, and recreational purposes;
  • You are registering and playing on your own account and not on behalf of anyone else;

  • You will fund and cash out with legitimate, lawfully owned financial instruments;

Account Rules

To create and keep an account on the platform, review the following rules:

  • Account registration. To play real-money games on the 9winz platform, you must register and open an Account in accordance with the account registration guidelines on www.9winz.com;
  • Participant Requirements. You must be an individual (not an organization) and at least the minimum age to join. You cannot register if you are a resident of Afghanistan, Australia, France, Iran, the United States, or any other nation;
  • There is only one rule regarding accounts. You can only have one account. Efforts to create more than one account may lead to the disabling or closing of all accounts, and the efforts should be notified immediately;

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and 9winz reserves the right to verify it through KYC procedures;
  • Inactive Account Fees. If your account is inactive for 12 months and has a balance, you will receive a notification. 9winz may charge an inactivity fee of 5% per month or close the account and appropriate any remaining balance;
  • Suspicious and fraudulent activities. All transactions will be verified for fraud. Suspicious activity can result in account suspension, reporting to the authorities, or seizure of money;
  • Account security and maintenance. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. 9winz can freeze or close accounts with suspicious behavior or against terms of agreements. Accounts will be monitored regularly to confirm anti-fraud and security policies;
  • Account Closure. If you would like to terminate your personal account, please send an email to support@9Winz. The account balance will be withdrawable. You will have complete discretion on how the account balance is withdrawn.

Payments

Deposits

You must have enough money in your Member Account in order to play a game. Participation is not credited by 9winz.
The “My Account” and “Deposit” tabs include information about deposit methods. Certain techniques might not be accessible in every jurisdiction. 9winz deposit transactions may involve costs, which vary based on the payment method and your service provider.
You are responsible for paying any exchange costs. Payments can be made in BDT or INR. Funds for deposits made using credit or debit cards are only released after receiving irreversible permission. Your account will not be credited if it is denied.
For deposits, 9winz may employ extra steps to confirm your identification. Balances do not accrue interest, and 9winz does not offer credit. Crypto deposits may only be withdrawn in crypto.

Withdrawals

After the game or event conclusion is decided, your winnings will be accessible in your Member Account. Below are the rules for payouts:

  • Payouts over 200,000 INR 250,000 BDT will be subject to further verification;
  • There is a weekly withdrawal cap of 2,000,000 INR / 2,500,000 BDT and a daily cap of 500,000 INR / 650,000 BDT;
  • The highest payout for any wager is 95,000,000 BDT or 73,000,000 INR. Bonus winnings are limited to the total amount of bonus money earned;
  • Withdrawals in cryptocurrency are only permitted if the deposit was made in cryptocurrency;
  • By making a request on the website, you can withdraw cash up to the “Available to Withdraw” limit;
  • On receipt of identification documents (where applicable), withdrawals will be made within 48 hours, or as soon as possible;
  • Withdrawals may include processing fees, and they will be credited using the same manner as your deposit, if feasible. Withdrawals exceeding 500 INR (650 BDT) will incur a 20% charge if the money was not utilized for gaming;
  • 9winz may examine your behavior to look for unusual trends. If they find any unfair advantage (such manipulating bonus play), they may withhold withdrawals and seize any wins or bonuses;
  • There are wagering requirements of x35 and a minimum real money deposit of $10 before the $10 bonus money from account creation may be withdrawn;
  • You are not permitted to pledge, sell, or transfer your account or its contents to another individual.

When you register, you will instantly be registered in our Rewards and VIP Program. By using real money, you may earn VIP points and unlock exclusive goodies. Your VIP level is unique and non-transferable. We have the right to change the terms and conditions of our Rewards Program, including the way points are calculated, at any time. We have the right to suspend or delete your account if we detect fraud or unlawful conduct. Responsible Gaming
